Diversity at AF

AF aims to be the company to which talented individuals apply, whether they are women or men. We aim to be the industry’s most attractive employer, and employee satisfaction shall be equally high among everyone. We shall quite simply have the best people. AF is taking a long-term approach on measures to increase the share of women, ensure diversity and equal career opportunities. The measures introduced shall benefit everyone. AF is a member of the industry’s diversity network, Diversitas. We also collaborate with #HunSpanderer and participate in a research project under the auspices of CORE – the Centre for Research on Gender Equality.
