The contract is a turnkey contract and has a value of approximately NOK 430 million excluding VAT.

The project consists of a shared garage facility with five apartment buildings and is divided into two phases. Phase 1 includes the garage, technical infrastructure, foundation, water supply, outdoor areas, and two apartment buildings with a total of 94 apartments. Phase 2 comprises three apartment buildings with a total of 84 apartments.

Construction work is planned to commence in Q3 2024, with completion in Q3 2027. The project’s start is dependent on sufficient pre-sales.
