Local Power Supply

Energy plants use local energy sources to heat and cool buildings.

    What is an energy plant?

We develop and manage numerous energy centers in Norway that deliver sustainable energy to residential and industrial sectors, while simultaneously increasing capacity in the power grid.

Energy centers use local, renewable sources like geothermal and seawater heat. These district heating systems provide sustainable cooling and heating for buildings, offering consistent and reduced costs while capturing otherwise lost energy.

We deliver high-quality, well-dimensioned, and easy-to-maintain solutions. Through our sister company Enaktiva, we offer shared ownership for better security in operating and financing the energy center.

    Modular energy plant

We now offer affordable modular energy plants for small and medium-sized construction projects.
