    In AF Gruppen, we want all employees to have at least one annual performance review

    At AF Gruppen, we uphold leadership through presence and involvement. Consistent with this value, employee dialogue and guidance are integral components.

    Facilitating discussions between managers and employees fosters a positive work environment and supports the employee's performance, well-being, and development in line with mutual expectations. This insight is evident from AF Gruppen's employee survey.

    Topics for discussion include well-being and engagement, performance, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), as well as goals and development. While the appraisal dialouge don't solve everything, there's room to talk about it.
