- Signed contract for new logistics centre outside Stockholm
AF Gruppen's subsidiary Kanonaden Entreprenad has signed a contract for ground and construction work for a highly automated logistics centre in Bålsta northwest of Stockholm. The contract is worth approximately SEK 300 million excl. VAT.
- To build new homes in fast growing Swedish city
AF Gruppen's subsidiary HMB Construction has signed an agreement with Eskilstuna Kommunfastigheter to build 65 new rental apartments in the new Munktellstaden. The contract is worth approximately SEK 112 million.
