    AF Gruppen has a zero-tolerance policy for being under the influence of substances such as alcohol, drugs, or other medications that can alter behavior and impair job performance. The same policy applies to other dependency issues, including gambling addiction or problems related to gaming.

    Akan model

    AF Gruppen aims to provide help and support to employees struggling with substance abuse or other dependencies. We use the Akan model in handling such cases. The goal of the Akan work within AF Gruppen is to ensure a safe and healthy workplace for leaders and employees.

    If you are dealing with substance abuse or other dependency issues, or if you are concerned about a colleague, help is available. Talk to your supervisor or reach out to HR or the company’s occupational health service (BHT).
