The demolition is being carried out on behalf of AF Bygg Oslo, with KLP Eiendom as the client. It is a challenging demolition project because the old building is located close to a busy road on two sides. Additionally, the demolition cuts are in contact with neighboring buildings in the backyard.

The decontamination of the building at Pilestredet 75 is complete.
The internal decontamination of the building is complete. Once the necessary permits from the municipality are in place, mechanical demolition will begin, hopefully in the new year.
