The rationale behind the selection of buildings
Detailed energy analyses, including recommendations and an energy labeling guarantee, will be prepared for 49 buildings. A simpler overview of potential improvements will be provided for 10 buildings. Some of the buildings will also receive energy labels.
The 49 buildings were selected because they currently have an energy label worse than C. AF Energi will identify necessary measures and investments to upgrade these buildings to achieve a C rating or better.
