Krydderhagen is a green, modern garden city at Hasle. The construction stages Coriander, Nutmeg and Basil comprised the first of a total of 500 apartments.

About the project
At Vinmonopolet’s old property at Hasle, AF Gruppen and Höegh Eiendom have developed a property project that has appealed to both younger and more mature apartment buyers.
New apartments
In its day, Vinmonopolet stored spices in the area. The construction stages have been given names according to the herbs you would expect to find in a good herb garden, such as thyme, coriander and rosemary.
The green solution
A beautiful park in the area, the establishment of pedestrian streets and car-free zones are part of the green solution incorporated in the housing concept. Krydderhagen has a green and vibrant residential environment for all age groups, with optimal outdoor spaces that facilitate good neighbourliness.
Krydderhagen offers apartments for everyone, as well as optimal outdoor spaces in order to really utilise the green surroundings. At ground level, we are building stylish apartments with gardens and direct access to lush outdoor areas. The respective floors will contain light, modern apartments with good ceiling heights and large window surfaces. Naturally, all the apartments have balconies – some of them have two. The top floor will have roof apartments with large terraces; here you can cultivate your own herb garden, if you like.
Creating great values at HasleLinje
Höegh Eiendom and AF Gruppen are behind the development of the HasleLinje area. As well as the 500 apartments in Krydderhagen, HasleLinje will comprise a number of commercial buildings offering a total of 6,000 workplaces, kindergarten and local centre with a range of services.
