The contract includes the interior rehabilitation of approximately 2,950 square meters of gross floor area, demolition, and the establishment of a new glass atrium, as well as some outdoor work. The building's office spaces will be upgraded to modern, high-quality facilities, tailored to a large tenant. A restaurant with a sun-facing outdoor seating area is planned on the ground floor. The venerable building from 1885 is located very centrally in Marken in Bergen city center, opposite Bergen train station and the public transport terminal.

The project is planned to start in the first quarter of 2025 and be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026. The start of the project is conditional on a signed agreement with the tenant for the office space.
