The project includes reconstruction and rehabilitation of existing administration buildings of approximately 5000m2. The work includes exterior rehabilitation of roofs and facades, as well as interior conversion and rehabilitation to a new office concept.

In addition to the structural upgrade, there will also be extensive technical upgrades, and as part of options, a waterborne heating system with a seawater pipeline and heat pump system will be established. It is also planned as an opportunity to establish photovoltaic systems in the project.

Work will commence in March 2023 with planned completion in September 2024.

The agreement is a turnkey contract with a value of approx. NOK 115 million, excl. VAT.

"We greatly appreciate being nominated to build another county administration building for Vestland County Council.
