The office building is located in Nygårdsgaten 91-93 in the centre of Bergen next to the light rail.
The project has a total of eight storeys and a technical basement. Commercial premises and a canteen for the building are planned for the ground floor. The project has a consistently high quality, and façades are planned in a combination of granite and glass. The site has an open view towards the south and a lavish outdoor area will comprise the start of a public area up to Nygårdshøyden. The building is planned for BREEAM-NOR Excellent certification, energy class A and passive house standard.
The contract is a turnkey contract with a total value of approx. NOK 233 million, excl. VAT.
Construction work is estimated to commence in Q1 2021 and is scheduled for completion in Q4 2022.
