The client is Clemenskvartalet Bolig/FBK, which is owned by Oslo S Utvikling and HAV Eiendom. The project is located south of Bispekilen, along Kong Håkon 5s gate and the water plane at Middelalderparken and is the first field initiated by OSU in Bispevika Syd.

The agreement is a collaborative turnkey contract and the value of the contract is estimated at NOK 420 million excl. VAT. The building has a BREEAM environmental classification of “Very Good”. The soil mechanics in this part of the city are demanding, including the regard to archaeological management.

The work includes the design and execution of site preparation and concrete work for basements. The size of the plot is about 8,500m2. Clemenskvartalet will comprise of approximately 270 apartments and businesses on the ground and 1st floors. This contract covers the execution of the basement consisting of two underlying basement floors. The work started in 2019 and so far about 50 prosent of the contract has been completed. Completion is expected in April 2021.
