These homes will be built in the new Rosendal district, which is located close to the city to the southwest of Uppsala. The turn key contract will commence in the autumn with a scheduled delivery by the end of 2021.

Flanören is HMB Construction’s third project for Wallenstam in Uppsala, and its second in Rosendal where HMB was responsible for the construction of 141 apartments in a previous phase.

“Our customers appreciate that we can build at competitive prices without compromising on quality,” says Bård Frydenlund, EVP Sweden in AF Gruppen.

Close collaboration in the early stages and a focus on building by hand with a low degree of pre-fabrication makes it possible for HMB to build high quality homes.

HMB operates in Stockholm, Mälardalen, Dalarna, Västmanland, Uppland and Gästrikland, and currently has 1,500 apartments in production. HMB also builds schools, industrial premises and offices. In 2018, the company recorded sales of SEK 1.3 billion.
