The office building has an area of approximately 6,000 m2 spread over six floors and a basement. The office building is in close proximity to the Lambertseter Senter. Bydel Nordstrand, the municipal body for the Nordstrand district, will be the building’s largest tenant.
It is planned that the project will be carried out on a turnkey contract basis and with an estimated value of NOK 123 million excluding VAT. Construction is scheduled to commence in May 2018 with completion anticipated in February 2020.
