Storlia power station will exploit 75 metres of difference in altitude between Bjoreio and Sysenvatnet. The power station is planned with an installation of approximately 8.5 MW, and will produce around 35 GWh per year. The contract includes construction work in connection with access, intake and tail flow tunnels, the power station in a rock cavern and concrete work in the station. The power station will be in a rock cavern with an access tunnel from Storlia, below classified road 7. The water will be led from a new intake in Bjoreio through a new intake tunnel into the station. From the power station there will be a tail flow tunnel that ends up in the existing transfer tunnel between Bjoreio and Sysenvatnet.

The value of this contract is approximately NOK 100 million, excluding VAT.
