LAB Entreprenør AS, a company in AF Gruppen (AFG), has been selected by Profier and REMA Etablering Vest AS as turnkey contractor to build apartments and retail premises at Lagunen in the City of Bergen.
The Lagunetoppen project comprises a total of 217 apartments, approx. 7,000 square metres of parking and approx. 1,700 square metres of retail space. The project is centrally located at Lagunen in Bergen, close to the Lagunen shopping centre and the light rail system.
The contract is valued at NOK 464 million excluding VAT, and construction is expected to start in Q1 2018 with a construction period of 32 months.
