Strøm Gundersen Vestfold, in which AF Gruppen is the principal shareholder, has been selected as contractor to build the office building Stasjonen in Tønsberg city centre.
The client is Tollbodgaten 22 AS which is 100% owned by Micasa AS.
The contract is for projecting, rehabilitation and construction of an office building of approximately 7,000 square meters at Tønsberg City Hall’s old premises.
The contract is a turnkey contract valued at NOK 105 million, excluding VAT.
Demolition work on existing building is expected to start in February, and the new office building is planned for completion in the summer of 2018.
