The project consists of three five-storey buildings and three three-storey buildings with associated infrastructure work. The project will be carried out as a turnkey contract with a total value of NOK 242 million, excluding VAT.
Engineering starts in December 2016, and construction is scheduled to start in March/April 2017. Planned completion is Q1 2019. The construction of the apartments is subject to sufficient advance sales.
