Røakollen is a new residential development project by OBOS, close to Røa center and the green area of Mærradalen. A total of 360 apartments in five buildings will be built at Røakollen over the next few years.
The first construction phase comprises the construction of 130 flats in two buildings with a large shared garage. Engineering has started, and demolition of existing buildings will be executed in Q1 2017. The project will be carried out as a turnkey contract and has an estimated value of NOK 317 million, excluding VAT.
The construction is planned to start March 1st 2017 with expected completion in Q2 2019. Reservations have been made concerning sufficient advance sales before work starts.
