Lagunen DA is owned by Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap AS and Nordås Industrier AS. The contract includes site preparation, infrastructure and piling for all new additions to existing buildings. It also covers all work to seal the building, technical facilities and furnishing of all communal areas. The total area of all new extensions and additions will be about 50 000 m2 gross. The realisation of the project is subject to approval.
This is a turnkey contract valued at MNOK 615 excluding VAT. The construction work is planned to start at the end of September 2016. Completion will be in early October 2018 for all retail areas, and early October 2019 for the cinema complex that comprises 9 theatres.
