The residential development company Haslemann AS is owned 50/50 by AF Gruppen and Höegh Eiendom AS.
Krydderhagen is the residential section of HasleLinje, which is a new business and residential area in Hasle in Oslo. In all, 7-800 homes will be built at HasleLinje, of which about 550 are developed by AF Gruppen and Höegh Eiendom AS.
The third phase involves the construction of 84 apartments in three buildings with a basement below. This phase is planned as a turnkey contract and will have an estimated value of NOK 166 million excluding VAT. The planning phase is underway and the work will commence in August. The project is expected to be completed in Q2 2018.
