Nordliveien Utbygging KS is owned by OBOS Nye Hjem AS, T. Klaveness Eiendom AS and AF Gruppen Norge AS.
The project will be carried out as a turnkey contract with a total value of NOK 141 million, excluding VAT. Foundation work starts in the beginning of October 2016. Reservations have been made concerning sufficient advance sales before work starts. Planned completion is for Q2 2019.
Thurmannskogen offers modern and effective flats at Lørenskog with good sun conditions and a central location. AF Gruppen currently builds stage one and two and was earlier this year awarded the contract for stage three. Including stage four AF will build 333 flats at Thurmannskogen.
