Strøm Gundersen to build apartment project in Asker

Søndre Bondi Park AS is owned 50 % by AS Elje and 50 % by OBOS Nye Hjem AS.  

The agreement covers construction of 66 apartments divided into two separate stages. Six apartment buildings will be built over a joint underground parking garage. In addition, the project includes construction of public and private access roads, car parking areas, pedestrian zones, play areas and gardens totaling approximately one hectare.  

The contract is a turnkey contract and has a value of NOK 167 million excl. VAT.  

Construction is expected to commence in autumn 2016. Reservations have been made concerning sufficient advance sales before work starts. Construction period is 18 months.
