LAB Entreprenør AS, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has been chosen by Elsero Brygge AS as contractor to build the residential project Elsero Brygge in Sandviken in Bergen.
Elsero Brygge AS is owned by Profier AS, Huis Invest AS and Storm Eiendom AS.
The contract involves groundwork including all piling and sheet piling towards the sea, as well as construction of 80 apartments in five buildings and accompanying outdoor areas. All parking will be in a semi-automatic parking facility in a parking cellar in the building furthest from the sea.
The contract is a design and build contract valued at NOK 216 million, excluding VAT. Work starts in June 2016 and is scheduled for completion in Q2 2018.
