The project includes 20 nursing home spaces and 20 assisted living apartments, in addition to a day centre with accompanying facilities (canteen, administration, laundry and parking).
The building will have two floors and will be handed over with completed outdoor areas. The buildings comprise slightly less than 5,000 m2 and the project will have a construction period of 19 months.
The turnkey contract is valued at NOK 103 million, excluding VAT. Work will start as soon as the matter has been formally processed by Etne's municipal board.
