    What does AF stand for in AF Gruppen?

    The first assignment carried out by AF was performed on a working community basis, or "arbeidsfellesskap" in Norwegian, which was abbreviated to AF. Since "AF" was commonly used in everyday language, it was adopted as the company's name when it was founded in 1985. This abbreviation influenced the visual identity, with the yellow logo becoming a prominent symbol in the company's projects. The company identifies itself as a contracting family that experiences continuous growth and renewal. It is led by individuals who are driven by curiosity and aims to be a driving force for a more future-oriented industry. This orientation is also reflected in the way the company brands itself.
