Management program 2

The program aims to raise awareness and enhance the communication skills of leaders, providing an understanding of the processes they often encounter in their roles. The course helps participants become better acquainted with themselves, their strengths, work preferences, and equips them with tools to improve collaboration and communication. Participants also gain a solid understanding of how to execute AF Gruppen’s core processes based on the company’s values and business model. The leadership course is targeted at project, construction, operations, and design managers who have taken on expanded responsibilities within AF. The program consists of two sessions with homework assignments.
