Student and graduates

We are clearing the past and building for the future. To achieve this, we need the brightest minds who can challenge established truths. We are looking for individuals who are driven by challenges and understand that those who ask new questions usually find new answers.

We hire about 50 recent graduates annually and offer summer jobs for students. We're seeking individuals with a trade certificate, bachelor's or master's degree, or vocational school education.

    Summer job

A summer job with us offers a firsthand look at daily work in construction and civil engineering. You'll work on-site, performing tasks similar to recent graduates. Assignments may include operational follow-up, HSE, quality assurance, design, and subcontractor oversight, depending on the project's needs.

    Recent graduate

Each year, many begin their careers with us. As a new employee, you'll work on a project where you can meet your colleagues and join your assigned unit. You'll get an introductory course and be paired with a mentor for guidance. Social activities are organized across units, allowing you to quickly connect with employees throughout AF Gruppen.

We are committed to advancing the knowledge and skills of our employees, viewing it as a highly profitable investment. The most effective learning occurs through daily project work. Furthermore, we provide a variety of courses and development opportunities via AF Academy. Employees at AF Gruppen have substantial opportunities for professional growth, whether their goal is to become a specialist or to enhance their leadership capabilities. Notably, many of our leaders began their careers with us as newly hired project engineers.

    Company presentations and career days

We hold a number of company presentations at universities and colleges across the country. We also participate in many career days, giving you the opportunity to get to know us better.

At company presentations and career days at educational institutions, you will meet employees who work on projects in various roles and units. Many of these employees graduated only a few years ago. Additionally, more experienced employees and HR representatives also participate in the visits. This allows you to ask questions about topics such as the transition from studies to working life, what a typical workday on a project looks like, what tasks are performed at work, or advice on obtaining a summer job or employment with the company.
