Development opportunities

Developing the knowledge and skills of employees is a valuable investment. Employees should be aware that their desire for development is supported. In addition to regular discussions with local management, annual appraisal reviews are conducted. This tool supports employee development, whether it involves deepening expertise, taking on leadership responsibilities, or exploring new fields.

Ownership

Since the establishment, employees have had the opportunity to become co-owners. The objective is to enable as many employees as possible to benefit from value increases resulting from collective value creation and development. Each year, all employees are given the chance to buy shares at a discounted price and access a favorable employee stock option plan. Currently, every second employee owns shares in the company.

In company sports it is a diverse range of activities tailored to various interests and skill levels.

We place great emphasis on promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among our employees. Through corporate sports, we offer a diverse range of activities tailored to various interests and skill levels. These activities include running, cross-country skiing, spinning, football, tennis, e-sports, golf, and chess. There is an option for everyone, and if an activity does not currently exist, employees are encouraged to initiate new branches. We believe that corporate sports create an inclusive and motivating environment where employees can engage in physical activities together, build a sense of community, and strengthen team spirit.

Social life

The social environment is an integral component of our corporate culture. We hold the view that positive relationships and camaraderie among colleagues contribute to enhanced work performance. The majority of social interactions occur within project teams, involving those with whom you work regularly. Additionally, there are social platforms available across different companies and units within the organization, such as Holmenkollstafetten, AFterwork, and various network meetings.
