    When offshore installations reach the end of their operational life, professionals and coordinated teams are necessary to safely dismantle and recycle them. These platforms contain resources that can be repurposed through reuse, upcycling, and recycling.

    We are currently seeking additional personnel to assist with clean-up efforts in the post-oil era.

    Offshore installations that have reached the end of their operational life require removal and disposal. At AF Offshore Decom, you have a unique opportunity to contribute to post-oil era clean-up efforts and address complex challenges with innovative solutions.

    AF Offshore Decom engages in some of the most complex offshore decommissioning projects worldwide, prioritizing safety and environmental sustainability. Our operations include AF Miljøbase in Vats, near Haugesund, an onshore reception facility where offshore installations and ships are systematically sorted for recycling. Up to 98% of the steel is repurposed, and marine growth is utilized as compost for topsoil enhancement.

    We are looking for professionals to join our team for various projects. Our work involves tackling challenging tasks that demand collaboration, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail.

    AF Offshore Decom has extensive experience in managing safe and efficient large construction and decommissioning projects. With two decades of expertise, we have been dedicated to preparing, removing, dismantling, and recycling offshore infrastructure. To date, we have successfully removed and recycled over 400,000 tons of steel from the oil and gas industry.

    As a turnkey contractor, we undertake projects spanning the entire value chain, from planning the offshore removal to dismantling and disposal on land. The engineering is conducted at our Oslo office. In Vats, near Haugesund, we operate AF Miljøbase Vats, one of Europe's most advanced yard and reception facilities. Here, we process offshore structures by dismantling them and perepare the materials for recyling.
