Infrastructure and tunnelling

    AF has the competence, capacity and competitiveness to carry out large and complex projects in infrastructure and tunnelling construction.

    We have extensive experience in implementing urban development projects and the production of tunnels and caverns for road, rail and industrial purposes. We also provide services in underground construction, such as water and frost protection, spray concrete, rehabilitation of tunnels and underground systems, and injection and sealing of mountains. 

    AF has been a key player in most of the major transport projects in Norway in recent years, and has accumulated broad competence in organising and managing larger parts of the customer's project implementation than is the case in the traditional main contract model. 

    We are a competitive supplier to the infrastructure market, with special emphasis on multidisciplinary contracts and utilisation of good capacity and expertise in underground work, blasting and removal of bulk material, pipeline and cable work as well as concrete work. 

    AF's strength is the combination of creativity and experience to contribute to profitable projects in both environmental and financial terms. Our tunnel machines are of high standard and we have proprietary and customised spray concrete and injection equipment.
