AF Gruppen has shown growth since 1985. The pursuit of profitable growth is a key value and an integral aspect of the company's culture.

Growth is fundamental for value creation. Since its stock exchange listing in 1997, AF Gruppen has achieved an average annual revenue growth rate of 13 percent.

We foster growth by recruiting and developing our employees. For structural growth, AF will identify well-managed companies where employees can remain as co-owners. Structural growth will come from areas related to the core business and new project activities.

Co-ownership

When AF Gruppen was founded in 1985, one of the primary objectives was to provide employees with the opportunity to become co-owners. The intention was to enable as many coworkers as possible to partake in the value appreciation resulting from collective value creation and the development of the company. This philosophy remains in effect to this day.

Share and option programs make AF an attractive workplace by encouraging long-term employee engagement. Employees own about 10 percent of AF and hold non-controlling stakes in subsidiaries. This alignment of interests should reassure investors that management and staff are invested in the company's success.

Dividends

The AF share aims to deliver solid dividends, offering better returns over time compared to risk-free options and similar companies.

Our goal is to pay out at least 50 percent of the annual earnings per share as dividends over time. Dividend payments are made up to twice a year.
