Morten Grongstad
Chair of the board (b. 1975)
Managing director of SGF. Current board memberships include Stokke Industri, Treschow-Fritzøe and Utstillingsplassen. Morten Grongstad was CEO of AF Gruppen from 2015 to 2020, and has previously held the positions as EVP of Construction and EVP of Property business areas in the company.
Hege Bømark
Board Member (b. 1963)
Has worked as a financial analyst for Fearnley Finans AS and Orkla Finans AS. She has previously served on the boards of Norwegian Property ASA and Fornebu Utvikling ASA and BWG Homes ASA. She is now on the boards of Europris ASA and OBOS banken AS. Education: She has an advanced economics degree (siviløkonom) from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH)
Kristian Holth
Board Member (b. 1984)
CFO of KB Gruppen Kongsvinger AS Former CFO and controller with Contiga AS. Experience from McKinsey & Company. Board memberships include Gunnar Holth Grusforretning AS and BRG Entrepenør AS. Education: Chartered engineer in Industrial Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
Saloume Djoudat
Board Member (b. 1977)
Djoudat has been a partner in Bull & Co Advokatfirma AS since 2013, coming from a previous position as a General Counsel in Uno-X Energi AS. Saloume Djoudat is Head of Corporate at Bull & Co. She specializes in corporate law including M&A and contract negotiations. Saloume is also a member of Board of Directors at Atea ASA. Djoudat is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo.
Hilde Kristin Herud
Board Member (b. 1973)
General Manager for Tremco CPG (Construction Product Group) in Norway. She was previously managing director of Norgips and deputy chairman of the board of NHO Byggevareindustrien. Herud has a Master of Arts (MA) by education, and has completed the "Executive Board Program" at INSEAD.
Erik Veiby
Board member (b. 1963)
Erik Veiby is the working chairman of the Board of Nordic Concrete Group and also serves as general manager of Kongsvinger Betong. He has held various positions in Kongsvinger Betongindustri, in addition to being general manager of Betong Øst. Additionally, he has extensive board experience and ownership interests in several companies.
Marianne Gjertsen Ebbesen
Board member (b. 1972)
EVP of OBOS with responsibility for Housing Development in Norway and Sweden. She has held various positions in OBOS since 2019. Ebbesen has extensive management experience from the financial industry, including Nordea and DNB. She has experience from the board of Gjensidige Pensjonsforsikring, Odevo and several subsidiaries of OBOS. Ebbesen has an advanced degree in economics (siviløkonom) from BI Norwegian Business School.
Arne Sveen
Board Member (b. 1970)
Employee representative. Head employee representative and head safety delegate in AF. He has worked in AF since 1999, and has held the roles of head employee representative and head safety delegate for the past two years, with responsibility for the Collective Agreement for the Building Industry. Previously worked as a crane operator.
Espen Jahr
Board Member (b. 1972)
Employee representative. Head of HSE with AF Decom. Jahr played a part in establishing and has headed AF Gruppen’s internal occupational health service for 14 years. Jahr has experience as HSE manager on projects. He has former experience as an occupational nurse at the Institute for Occupational Health Services/Occupational Health Norway. He holds a Master’s degree in Health/Management.
Hilde Wikesland Flaen
Board Member (b.1983)
Employee representative. Has been with AF Gruppen since 2008 and has held various roles within the company, including project engineer, operations manager, construction manager and contract manager. Education: Chartered engineer in Building technology and architecture from UMB.
